but only if it's offered! ## Case Study Here's a case one of our agents submitted, which just got approved this week. > I didn’t know you sold Annuities or Life Insurance **Background** - Medicare Supplement client has interest from annuity that she “never uses” (she’s a widow). - She doesn’t have LTC (but has 1 small life policy). She recognizes the need for LTC but was hesitant paying the tall premium and never using the coverage. The agent presented **Life with LTC** (which she’d never heard of before), and made a sale. Not only is this agent taking care of his client, but he made **over $6,000 in commission!** - **Client**: 65 female (standard NT, 4th best health rate) - **Premium**: $7,150 annual - **Death Benefit**: $300,000 - **Monthly LTC Benefit**: $12,000 On a side note, the client doesn’t have her ANNUITY money with her Med Supp agent. Her quote…“*I didn’t know you sold Annuities or Life Insurance.*” Remember, Hancock is reducing the issue age to 75 for the LTC rider (starting Jan. 2014).
