The Value of Relationships

This is not the first time I have spoken to you regarding the value New Horizons puts on relationships. John Hockaday and I were discussing this recently, and we both agreed that it is the cornerstone of our existence.

Today there are several great ways of reaching out to thousands of agents all at once. While we do want to take advantage of the latest technologies, we realize there is nothing better in business than developing and maintaining a relationship with someone you know and trust.

In my humble opinion, there is no one in our business better than John Hockaday. We have been in business together since 1981, so I’ve seen him in action many times over the years. He has the ability to meet a person for the first time and build rapport in a matter of minutes. I’ve heard him talking to an agent he just met, and it sounds like they were childhood buddies.

John and I want to provide you with great products that make sense to your clients. Just as importantly, we want you to know that we are committed to making you feel valued in your business with New Horizons.
