Video: How to copy the “Medicare & You” handbook to your phone for quick access

The Medicare & You booklet is around 160 pages, so maybe you'd prefer not to keep a thick book with you in the field. If you carry a smartphone or tablet, you can easily keep a copy there if you need to walk a client through something. Better yet, you can easily search the digital copy instead of thumbing through page after page trying to find what you need.

In this video, I'll show you how to:

  • Get a copy of the guide on an iPhone
  • Save it in the iBooks app
  • Search for specific content
  • Email a copy to your client

While I used an iPhone for this example, you can do this on any smartphone, tablet, laptop, Amazon Kindle, Nook, or other eBook reader. The exact steps and apps may be differen but the general idea is the same.
